The Single System provides an opportunity for junior players to be coached and train with players of the same age and similar ability and participate in representative hockey. Whether players went on to the next level or not, we're sure all players that attended the training at Litherland benefited from the coaching and hopefully enjoyed the experience.
Following the JAC tournaments players are selected to attend the Junior Regional Performance Centre (JRPC) at Belle Vue, Manchester. The JRPC takes players to the next level in player progression through the coaching system. Those selected for JRPC represent the what are considered to be the best or most promising 25 players in the North West of England in their age group .
From these players, after 6 days of assessment and tournaments at Wakefield, Manchester and Durham, the following players were selected to represent the Pennine Pumas (North of England) in tournaments against south of England
