As you would have noticed, some players are better than others and you may well have a good idea where you sit at the moment. But all players improve a different rates and if you feel you were perhaps not quite as good as others, with what you have learned and your experience of different coaches, you can take this back to your clubs and schools and develop to be better and ready for the JDCs in October when it all starts again.
Whilst providing great coaching for all players, the England Hockey Single System is a selection system to identify the best players at each age group to progress them through to the next stage. All were observed throughout the coaching sessions and then independently by external coaches at the JAC Tournaments.
This year the following players have been selected to progress to the Junior Regional Performance Centre at Belle View, Manchester. Details of the dates and times for the coaching sessions, North of England Tournaments and beyond are available on the page to the right - "JRPC and Beyond". If you are unable to attend all or most sessions, please let Grace Moffit, the Lancashire South Administrator, know ASAP.
