SUCCESS IN PROGRESSION TO THE PENNINE PUMAS

The Single System provides an opportunity for junior players to be coached and train with players of the same age and similar ability and participate in representative hockey. Whether players went on to the next level or not, we're sure all players that attended the training at Litherland benefited from the coaching and hopefully enjoyed the experience.

Following the JAC tournaments players are selected to attend the Junior Regional Performance Centre (JRPC) at Belle Vue, Manchester. The JRPC takes players to the next level in player progression through the coaching system. Those selected for JRPC represent the what are considered to be the best or most promising 25 players in the  North West of England in their age group .

From these players, after 6 days of assessment and tournaments at Wakefield, Manchester and Durham, the following players were selected to represent the Pennine Pumas (North of England) in tournaments against south of England

It costs quite a lot of money to hold the JDC/JAC Single System and we have fixed costs to meet so coaching fees for all four JDC sessions will be collected at the player's first JDC session. Similarly fees for all five JAC sessions will be collected at the first JAC session. If a player misses a session, unfortunately refunds cannot be made. The charges for this year remain to be confirmed.

All cheques for payment should be made out to Lancashire Junior Hockey
